Solid Color Systems
One color, wall to wall. Seamless, so there's nowhere dirt can hide. Sweeps and mops clean. Best for: A clean, uniform look.
Decorative Flake Systems
Colored vinyl flakes broadcast into the base coat while it's still wet. The pattern hides minor imperfections in the slab and the texture adds grip, which is worth having in garages with wet cars. Best for: Most Lubbock garages
Clear Coat Systems
Protection without changing the look. Same durability and stain resistance as the colored systems, but the concrete stays visible. Best for: Slabs already in good shape

Decorative flake systems have texture built into the surface from the vinyl chips, which grips better than a smooth gloss finish. That matters in a garage where wet cars come in off the road. Solid color and clear coat finishes are smoother by comparison.
